These Terms govern your use of the United World Charity Foundation ("UWCF") website and your donations made through it. By using this site or making a donation, you agree to these Terms.

About your donation

UWCF is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization (Tax ID 27-4419860). Donations are voluntary gifts made to support our humanitarian programs. You do not receive goods or services in exchange for a donation. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; please consult your tax advisor.

Payments

Donations are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By donating, you authorize UWCF, through Stripe, to charge your selected payment method for the amount you choose. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. A receipt for your gift is issued by Stripe to the email address you provide.

Monthly (recurring) donations

If you choose a monthly gift, you authorize a recurring charge to your payment method each month at the amount selected, until you cancel. You may cancel a recurring donation at any time by contacting us at the email address below; cancellation stops future charges.

Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address, so we can process your gift and deliver your receipt.

Use of the site

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. All content, logos, and materials on this site are the property of UWCF or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Third-party services

Our site relies on third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing and our hosting provider. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UWCF will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your donation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which UWCF is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
